At Mazuma, we pride ourselves on providing the most affordable and comprehensive business accounting solutions. That’s why we offer a flat monthly fee, with no hidden costs. Our Starter plan costs $120 per month and our Plus plan costs $180 per month. We also offer catch up bookkeeping starting at $180 per month, catch up business tax returns starting at $600, or personal tax returns for $300.
Our Starter plan includes quarterly bookkeeping, your business income taxes, financial reports, unlimited accounting advice and support, online financial tools, and compliance support. Sole proprietors and single-member LLCs on our Starter plan will also have their personal income taxes completed.
Our Plus plan includes a dedicated bookkeeper and accountant, monthly bookkeeping, your business income taxes, your personal income taxes, financial reports, unlimited accounting advice and support, online financial tools, and compliance support.
Yes! Our team is happy to help with your business and personal income taxes. No matter your plan, all federal and state year-end business income taxes are included. Mazuma, however, does not handle payroll or sales tax.
If you are on our Plus plan, we will take care of both your personal and business income taxes at no extra charge. If you are on our Starter plan, we will complete your business income taxes. For sole proprietors and single-member LLCs, we will also complete your personal income taxes. For other business entities on our Starter plan, we can help file your personal income taxes for a $300 fee.
With Mazuma, you can be confident you are getting all the deductions you deserve. By adding monthly bookkeeping to our tax service, we are aware of every business expense down to the dollar. We also provide tax advice throughout the year to help you maximize your return and minimize your taxes.
With Mazuma USA, you receive unlimited accounting advice and support. You can always schedule a time to meet one on one with our bookkeepers or accountants through our Mazuma Dash. In addition, we hold Q&A webinars three times per week where clients can ask our accountants their questions live.

You can start Mazuma’s accounting services at any time. If you are a new business, we will complete your taxes for the current year and ensure you have accurate bookkeeping and key financial reports to drive your business success.
If your business has been in operation for several months, we can start taking care of your bookkeeping immediately. If you would like us to file taxes for the current year, we will need a full year of accurate bookkeeping to make sure we can account for all your income, expenses, and save you the most possible on your deductions. At Mazuma, we make it easy for you to communicate and connect with us. That’s why we allow you to share your financial documents in the way that works best for you. The easiest way for you to provide us with the information we need is to link your business bank accounts so we can automatically see and categorize your revenue and expenses. Or, you can choose to send us monthly business bank statements, receipts, invoices, credit card statements, and any other documents related to your business expenses and income. Whether you link your account and we do the rest or you quickly snap a photo of a receipt and upload it to our Mazuma Dash, we make it easy for you to stay on top of your finances.
Yes! At Mazuma, we go above and beyond standard industry practices to protect our client’s privacy and information. This includes building our own software for file sharing to ensure your information remains secure. Our Mazuma Dash is a safe way for you to share your financial documents with our team.
No. We believe in the value of our services and do not require a minimum contract or long-term commitment. Mazuma’s services are based on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel at any time. However, we ask that you provide us with a 30-day notice if you wish to cancel our services.
